Kit Moore is a graduate of Clovis West High School and California State University, Fresno.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and later completed a Master
of Arts in Kinesiology while coaching the Fresno State Women’s Volleyball Team. Coach
Moore has worked with over 50 different coaches throughout his career, helping him
develop a deep understanding of both high-level technical skills and the mental aspects
of the sport. “This is what sets me apart. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity
to learn from so many gifted coaches. It’s allowed me to better understand student-athletes
and what drives them to be their best.” While Coach Moore has led multiple nationally
ranked club teams and Mpc has been a consistent playoff team for both indoor and beach,
he also defines success in broader terms. “Success to me is growth in all areas of
the game—and in how sports connect to life. If the players are learning and improving,
then I’m doing my job.”
