Fees & Registration

Teams: $250 per gender, $500 for both / Unattached: $25 per athlete.

ALL entry fees can be mailed or collected at the Clerk of the Course prior to 1st event. Please make checks payable to MPC Track and Field.

Teams must register through Direct Athletics by Wednesday, February 12th by 7 PM.

No charge for spectators.

Field Events Meet schedule

Throw Events - 4 Throws – No Finals / Horizontal Jump Events - 4 Jumps - No Finals

Minimum Heights/Distances

High Jump: Women- 4’2; Men- 5’2 (2” increments thereafter)

Shot Put: (Depending on number of entries) Everyone’s 1st throw will be measured and only > 8-meters (Women) and > 9-meters (Men) thereafter.

*Javelin & Hammer, will be contested at San Jose City College on Friday, Feb. 14th, 2025.

Pole Vault - 10 AM (Women followed by Men)

Shot Put - 10 AM (Women followed by Men)

Long Jump - 10 AM (Women followed by Men)

High Jump - 12 PM (Women followed by Men)

Triple Jump - 1 PM (Women followed by Men)

Discus - 2 PM or After Shot Put Concludes (Women followed by Men)

*We anticipate having enough volunteers from MPC but would appreciate additional help from each participating college to help our officials run each event efficiently.

Track Events Meet Schedule

*Track Events will start at 11:30pm and then proceed with the following order of events with a rolling schedule after the Women’s 4x100m. Track Events will feature electronic timing.

Concessions

A Snack Bar will be available and located on the West end of the stadium. Cash and Venmo accepted.

First Aid

MPC Athletic Trainers will be On Site. Teams and individual athletes are responsible for supplying their own Athletic Tape, Medical Supplies, etc.

Warm-Up Area

Will be located on the Women’s Softball Field adjacent to the track.

Check-in

Track Events: 30 Minutes prior to the start of the event at the Clerk’s table

Field Events: 30 Minutes prior to the start of the event at the field event site

Parking

Parking is FREE and Parking Lot C is nearest to the Track.

  • Take exit 401A toward Monterey
  • Continue on Fremont St to your destination
  • Turn left onto Vía Mirada
