MPC Athletics offers opportunities to join multiple intercollegiate athletic teams: Football, Cross Country, Men's Soccer, Men's and Women's Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, and Track & Field. As a member of the California Community College Athletic Association, Coast Conference, and Northern California Football Conference, MPC provides student-athletes with competitive opportunities statewide.

Student Eligibility
California Community College Athletics Association (3C2A) states that a student must be actively enrolled in 12 units at the time of participation. A student who comes directly from high school is immediately eligible for varsity competition. To be eligible for a second season of sport, the student athlete must complete and pass 24 units with a 2.0 GPA prior to the next season.
